Last Tuesday, the U.S. Department of Transportation awarded five new daily round-trip flights, in addition to the 15 round-trips already exempted from the 1,250-mile perimeter rule for Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, aka DCA, which per 49 USC 49109 is proscribed from air carrier non-stop flights beyond a 1,250-mile perimeter from the airport, except as exempted by Congress (starting with six round-trip exemptions in 2020).

Today's Featured Map shows the existing perimeter exemptions in grey plus the five new exemptions. Three of the new exemptions augment routes with previous exemptions, making it difficult to clearly map existing and new exemptions. Here are the 20 beyond-perimeter slot pairs (one slot each for arrival and departure) which are now exempted, covering 11 cities:
