(ECNS) -- World snooker number one Judd Trump has become a Hong Kong resident through the Quality Migrant Admission Scheme, according to the Immigration Department of the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on Tuesday.
Trump arrived in Hong Kong on Monday to collect his Hong Kong identity card.
Hong Kong launched the Quality Migrant Admission Scheme in June 2006, aiming to attract highly skilled talents or outstanding individuals to settle in Hong Kong.
Judd Trump, born in 1989, is an English professional snooker player. He recently claimed his second UK Championship title, 13 years after his first victory in the tournament.
