Worth the Wait Ranch, originally built in 1918 as a cattle ranch, is one of the oldest homes in North Phoenix. Purchased by Tony Williams, Principal Designer at Anthony W Design, in 2018, the home underwent a complete transformation from 2019 to 2023. Now a 5,700-square-foot personal home for the designer, it boasts 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, an 8-car garage, and two sustainably constructed Casitas made from retired semi-truck trailers.

Living in Worth the Wait Ranch feels like residing in an ever-changing gallery of Tony's favorite objects, both old and new. The home's eclectic nature creates a unique aesthetic that allows each space to stand out while remaining in harmony with the whole. Salvaged treasures, like the early 1900s brass chandelier from a church in Pennsylvania and a bold reupholstered red antique sofa Tony discovered in the trash, blend seamlessly with modern custom-designed pieces, like the one-of-a-kind multi-level sectional or the playful round lounge sectional, each upholstered in custom fabrics that bring Tony's vision to life.

This home, a reflection of Tony’s innovative design approach, merges modern functionality with historical charm. The mix of salvaged, repurposed, and custom elements offers a fresh, intriguing experience in every corner. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to turn Worth the Wait Ranch into a truly unique and bold dream home—a living testament to progressive design.
