Vitruvius Properties' Model Home ~ The "Isabelle"

Vitruvius Properties was established in 2015 to create an exclusive Rocky Mountain experience rooted in Strength, Utility and Beauty. We do this by repurposing historic gold mining acreage patented by the U.S. government during the “pikes peak or bust” Colorado Gold Rush into stunning sites for sleek, modern homes, many of which employ grid-independent technologies.

Vitruvius Properties’ first model home, the “Isabelle,” is a perfect example of such. Its contemporary features include front, rear, and roof cantilevers, tongue and groove beetle kill siding and flooring, custom metal finishes, and solar PV and lithium ion battery technology. Large glass windows maximize incredible views of the Continental Divide.
