The Black Prong

Our custom built Black Prong park model home sits on a 58' long Movable Roots park model trailer that is 11'6" wide and is right at 595 sq ft of living space (counting the loft) and 275 sq ft of screened porch space. This home was designed and built around our client's specific needs of a short term rental space on their 90 acre equestrian village. The front porch features an electric fireplace, with a rustic mantle and large tv. Making the space not only cozy but the perfect spot to sit and relax outside with your family and friends. You enter the home through French doors into a "great" room. The living room also features an electric fireplace, room for a comfy couch, and a ton of natural light. The chefs kitchen features an eat-in breakfast bar with a large island for room to gather, a Dacor appliance package, a combination of open shelving and closed cabinetry. The coffee bar sits between a tall pantry cabinet and a Dacor panel-ready refrigerator. We cannot forget to mention the backsplash that adds the perfect pop of color to this already beautiful kitchen. The long hallway has more open shelving with a storage staircase that has a custom railing which leads to our loft. The loft features a common area perfect for children. There are two rooms in the loft separated for privacy that feature custom twin platform beds with storage, custom nightstands, and a reading lamp. The spacious downstairs bathroom has a modern farmhouse feel with an in wall faucet, standard flush toilet, soaking tub with sliding glass doors, a large window to allow natural light in, two reclaimed wood shelves, and a full tile wall. The large master bedroom has a custom queen platform bed with storage, custom nightstands, two perfectly placed reading lamps, a large closet with custom storage, and hanging rods, as well as room for a stackable washer and dryer that can be hidden away behind the sliding doors. The master also features its own private porch off the rear.
