Remodel of a 1900 shingle "Victorian" farmhouse to upgrade kitchen, dining, pantry and laundry. Project is on an "island" lot with no direct level street access and is 100 steps above the nearest access. The clients wanted to retain the "victorian" sharacter of the existing interior while improving views and updating cabinets, equipment and floor plan. Project included finishing a rear "crawlspace" as a Pantry, Laundry and small Workshop.
