The remodeling and reconfiguration of a house built in the 80s gave us the opportunity to take advantage of the 300 sq m of construction and transform this weekend residence, located in Cuernavaca, Morelos, into a new project that prolongs its useful life.

In addition to correcting the damage caused by the lack of maintenance for years, we concentrate on updating the facilities and changing the finishes, carefully reviewing the specifications to select materials and furniture suitable for the conditions of use, keeping in mind the comfort and well-being of its inhabitants, respecting the condominium rules at all times.

Maintaining the same square meters of the original construction, we integrated the covered outdoor terrace into the main dining room, considerably increasing this space and reinforcing the link between the interior and exterior, taking advantage of the 45-degree view towards the common garden. In this new space, a living room, dining room, grill and bar were located to enjoy the wonderful climate that characterizes this city during most of the year and the outside is where you should be at all times.

The total area of the master bedroom was modified to extend the utility room, achieving greater capacity and comfort. The service patio was roofed with a dome with sufficient height for ventilation, but which functions as a support area for carrying out tasks related to the care and maintenance of the residence.
