This Net Zero Energy two townhome project incorporates courtyards, balconies, and rooftop decks to provide lots of sunlight and open space despite its 5400 SF lot. Winner of the 2022 AIA-LA Climate Positive Residential Architecture Award, the project incorporates multiple water and energy efficient features while providing two three bedroom, three bath homes.
