From Marie-Joelle Marceau

A cantilevered upper volume projects over an angled main floor and garage to create unique form and character.

With the main living area and kitchen situated onto the ground floor and opening up into a private backyard via a multi panel 35' sliding door, the design is both family friendly and architecturally inspiring. Indoor to outdoor living and entertaining is seamless, and the open floor design allows ample natural light, making the home feel spacious and airy.

The sedum green roof adds a vibrant aesthetic creating a flow of elements from the house to the yard which is easily maintained through all seasons and adds color to the landscape in drab months.
