Full renovation and addition to a single family home including the addition of an attached ADU.

This mid-century ranch house has been in this family for many years. The updates were meant to modernize and open up the spaces with connection to rear yard and San Francisco Bay views. Previously the spaces, while spacious were a bit dark and disconnected. The changes were meant to provide a bright, comfortable and airy space for young family with small children and an ADU for the extended family.
