Embracing the natural surroundings and ushering the outdoors inside, this home was designed to complement and respect the land it’s built on. The home sits at the far back of the property, nestled amid the dense vegetation and desert terrain. Tate Studio took advantage of native plants and trees, creating a sense of serenity and privacy. Upon entrance, the great room opens to stunning desert vistas and distant Pinnacle Peak Mountain through large glass sliding panels. Window walls were used throughout the home, one of them being at the end of a gallery that looks into the garage to showcase the owner’s cars. Overall, the home has a calm, warm material palette with a few bold statement pieces like the Turco art panels in the great room and powder room.
