The offices for this Mexican pharmaceutical company were located in Torre Aleph being the most attractive and strategic point in the south of Mexico City. Its design presents excellent advantages for adjusting corporate spaces by having a services core that releases its two wings giving both floorplans natural light and extraordinary views.
To attain the ideal distribution the reception works as the heart that distributes the circulation towards the two wings. It also has the multipurpose social area that may be used for reunions, training or stage, as well as to contemplate the city.
The council room was located at the center of the space enjoying the best view. To ensure its privacy and acoustics a central corridor was designed, complementing the silhouette not provided by the building and covering the elevators core with the formal and semi-private spaces, ending at the point with the company´s CEO area.
The semi-private offices design is intended for each area director, has no doors or glass, and are framed with walls that function as storage area to keep the individuality of each space and promote team work. In the operational area a bench style system was installed perpendicular to the façade to make the most of the light incidence.
In order to achieve the best communication between the teams and their VPs, common spaces with different themes and atmospheres were designed to inspire the teams and give a warm welcome to the visitors they receive. In the formal spaces different types of tables, chairs and lamps were set up with the purpose of creating a more welcoming ambiance in which users can change according to their day to day work needs.
The columns were used to install the different phone booths systems. Blue shade carpet was placed on the open area to add dimension and a touch of color. LVT wood like floors in all the circulations and more sober carpet in the private offices. The Working Café has a terrace like atmosphere.
