Luigi's Alfredo Linguini

-Luigi's Alfredo Linguini-

Shhh don't tell Mario, but Luigi was my favorite character to play. I hope you enjoy this meal, it's great any time of the week!

Level: Noob
Time: 30minutes
Serves: 4






The Goods:



-1 lb of Linguini noodles
-1/2 cup butter 
-8 oz cream cheese 
-2 teaspoons minced garlic
-2 cups of milk
-6 0z Parmesan Cheese
-1/8 tsp black pepper
-Fresh Basil
-Salt to taste


Tutorial:

Bring a pot of water to a boil

Now once your water is boiling, throw in your pasta and cook until al dente - about 5 minutes. 

 In another small pot or saute pan, melt your butter over a medium heat. 

 Add minced garlic until nicely browned

Add cream cheese, mix/whisk until smooth

Add milk, a little at a time, whisking to smooth out lumps. 

Stir Parmesan Cheese into your sauce and continue whisking until smooth. 
Strain Pasta.

remove cheese sauce from heat when sauce reaches desired consistency - mix in chopped fresh basil and throw in your pasta.

Bowsers Molten Chili

When I think of Bowser, I think of lava. Lava reminds me of how much I love myself some Chili on a cold day. So here is a mouth watering recipe for you to enjoy at home! 




Level: Noob
Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4

The Goods:

  • ¾ lb ground beef or pork
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 16 oz can diced tomatoessliced kielbasa sausage (one package)
  • 16 oz can kidney beans1 bottle/can Lager (Your favorite)
  • 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 2 to 3 tsp chili powder1 can of corn drainedTobasco sauce to taste
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • any other veggies you would like to add
    Tutorial:In a large saucepan cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the meat is brown.
  • Drain the fat from the pan.
  • Stir in the undrained tomatoes, beer, sausage, drained kidney beans, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Optional: stir in mushrooms, corn, carrots, or anything else that you want to add.
  • Bring everything to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat.
  • Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  •  If you like, you can top it with some cheddar cheese or sour cream.
    Serve and SAVE THE PRINCESS!!
  • Optional: instead of serving right away, you can choose to store in the fridge overnight, or simmer for a few more hours. This makes all the flavors blend together even more, and makes the chili taste even better.

Star Wars inspired "Leia Cinnamon Buns"


Star Wars inspired "Leia Cinnamon Buns"

I've always kind of wanted to eat her hair... ROFL!

Ooey Gooey Leia Cinnamon Buns!


Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 18 minutes 

Difficulty: n00b

Makes 12 servings



The Goods:

2 cans(8 Oz. Size, 10-count Each) Refrigerated Biscuit Dough
1/4 cupButter, Melted
1 teaspoonCinnamon
1/4 cupSugar
1/4 cupPacked Brown Sugar
1 cupPowdered Sugar
2 TablespoonsMilk


    Tutorial: 

    1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Spray 12 muffin cups with nonstick spray.

    2. Mix white sugar and brown sugar in a bowl (Leave powdered sugar for later)

    3. Sprinkle a bit of flour on a cutting board or wax paper, then remove biscuits from cans and arrange to form a rectangle on the lightly floured surface (I had five rows of four biscuits).

     4. Press biscuit dough together and roll out to create a 10×12 rectangle.

    5. Brush melted butter on dough. 

    6. Sprinkle on cinnamon and sugar (The white and brown sugar mix). 

    7. Roll up tightly, starting at a long side. 

    8. Cut into 12 slices. 

    9. Tuck one slice into each of the muffin cups. 

    10. Bake for about 18–20 minutes until golden brown and crispy. 

    11. When done, allow to cool slightly while you mix together the powdered sugar and milk. 

    12. Drizzle on top of the cinnamon rolls while still warm.
