KABUL -- Two people were killed in a blast in the Afghan capital of Kabul on Monday, Kabul police spokesman Khalid Zadran said.

JERUSALEM -- An Israeli woman was killed, and a man was badly injured on Monday by a Palestinian gunman in a drive-by attack in the occupied West Bank, according to the Israeli military.

NEW DELHI -- Ten people, who were trapped in the reservoir of a dam in the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, were rescued during the wee hours Monday, officials said.
