I've built a first version of a project directory based on the awesomeness of Kirby a few weeks ago. And after using it for a while I'm gonna release it now, so you can check it out as well.

Story

I'm that kind of guy who uses to collect all the project data for the stuff he's working on. In my opinion it's also very important to be able to hand out that data to my clients whenever they ask me to.

Some time ago, when I had to handle more and more projects and client stuff, I got to the point where I had an annoying problem with keeping a clean overview of all those things. My previous "system" had become kinda unreliable and imperfect.

Have you ever thought about organizing your project data? Have you ever asked yourself where the heck you saved those invoices for the latest project? Or have you recently been asked by a client to hand over his project informations und you can't find it? Corresponding passwords? Used FTP accounts and servers? Mailboxes? Social networks?

Since I worked with Kirby for the first time I had an idea of building something cool and lightweight with it to implement a nice and centrally managed project data directory for my business. A few weeks ago I finally found the time to do that and here it is: Smart Projects.
