Floyd Lee (フロイド・リー, Furoido Rī) is a whistle-blower wanted by the CIA and one of Vincent Lalo's allies during the Ban match.

Personality[]
Floyd loves conspiracies. He will even forgo his own safety in order to investigate and expose them. He believes they are "nothing more than the karma made by humans".
History[]
While Floyd was being chased by the US government, Vincent brought him to Japan to hide. In Japan, Floyd watched Baku's episode of KY Declaration and became very intrigued. He became especially interested in Kaomi Takagi. This lead him to investigate the show and Kaomi, exposing his location.[citation needed]
Vincent chose Floyd as one of his allies for the Ban match. The Referee Makami Boro came to pick up Floyd, who was currently being chased. Floyd accepted the offer and went to the island with Boro.[1]
Plot[]
Floyd Lee was first seen at the Azura fortress. He and Kaji gambled for control of it. Floyd lost the gamble and, as part of the rules, left the island.
After getting back from the island, Mogami Taeko requests that Floyd uncover the identities of the MOD official who blocked Oofuna Gakuhito's request for backup, as well as the leaker of government secrets. Floyd accepts the job under the condition that he works with Kaji.[2]
