Bivens was a man who worked with Lady Vic until his death.
Biography[]
During a robbery by Dick Grayson and Barbara Gordon, Bivens and Lady Vic arrived and attacked them. During the fight, Bivens was unintentionally killed by Lady Vic after she attempted to kill Grayson with a thrown knife.[1]
