Next-day delivery is available free for any in‑stock Mac, iPad, iPhone, AirPods, or Apple Watch. And get free two-day delivery on almost everything else. In most metros, we also offer two-hour courier delivery of eligible items for a small fee.*

In-store pickup.

It’s easy — we’ll guide you through every step of the process with emails and notifications. We’ll also send you details about joining a guided online session and returning trade‑in devices.

For items shipped to a physical address, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with your carrier information, an estimated delivery date, and, if available, a tracking number. If you ordered multiple items, you may have separate tracking information for each one.\n

Picking up instead? Once your order is ready, we’ll send a pickup notification email with the Apple Store location.\n

While you’re shopping online, our product pages will include a “Pickup: Check Availability” link if this is your first time selecting an Apple Store. Click this link to see if an item is available nearby. If you’ve previously selected an Apple Store, the product page will show if the item is available for pick up at that location.\n

When you’re ready to purchase, select “I’ll pick it up” at checkout and choose your preferred Apple Store. Sign in to your Order Listing page and select an item to view your order details. If the status reads “Processing” or “Order Placed,” you may be able to edit the item. If the status reads “Processing,” you can cancel it online before it ships.\n

If you cancel an item that’s shipping to a physical address, you will not be billed. If you cancel a pickup item, you may be billed.
