Lea Efird-Green

Lea Efird-Green is a first-year Ph.D. student who previously earned her bachelor’s degree, Master in Public Administration and MSW from UNC. Efird-Green’s research interests include policy and systemic interventions in the field of aging and the long-term care workforce, and intersections among aging, rural and immigrant populations.
