\nThe migration of former Rangers relievers continues. Right-hander Joe Barlow, who had 24 saves over three seasons as a part-time closer with the Rangers, agreed to a minor league contract with the club and reported to major league spring training camp on Sunday. Barlow, 29, had spent last year with the Chicago White Sox organization before being released in July. With 24 major league saves, he becomes the career saves leader in spring training camp.
