"Great Product!" Posted 2024-02-07
Pros: Syncro is easy to use and works very well for my MSP. I love how the Asset and RMM is set up. It is very easy to find a pc and remote into it.
Cons: When sorting Assets by company it sorts them by Z-A instead of A-Z.
Overall: I like the price point of Syncro and it offers quite a bit for the price I pay. I would recommend it to anyone starting an MSP that is starting with low funds.

"Syncro is a time saver" Edited 2024-02-06
Pros: I enjoy using Syncro because it gets the job done quickly. I've used Ninja RMM, ConnectWise Automate, Dell Kace, SCCM, and others. I do prefer Syncro's simplicity as it does not take long to configure what I need out of it.
Cons: Splashtop integration can be annoying sometimes, but that isn't Syncro's fault.
Overall: My overall experience with Syncro has been awesome. It's a quick, cheap, and easy to configure solution to get you up and running when you need to quickly support multiple customers. It has all the tools you need to get started!

"Syncro best bang for the buck" Posted 2024-02-06
Pros: Syncro is a great way to manage my clients and computers, I utilize several of the 3rd party integrations and they all work w/o any issue. Ticketing is easy! scripting is easy and the user library usually has what I need.
Cons: I do find myself having to click through multiple screens to gather information such as customer passwords and documentation. I've bypassed some of this by just keeping multiple tabs open for different parts of Syncro.
Overall: I've chosen Syncro after trying 3 other products, and for the price you just can't beat it!

"It does everything well and is easy and fast to learn" Posted 2024-02-06
Pros: It takes care of so many things: tickets, invoices, remote access, accounting, and a host of tools to do what I need as a network support business.
The perfect solution for helping my clients, fast connections with Splashtop and the clients love being able to make their own tickets. Syncro make my whole life easier. All for the one low price no matter how many clients I have, what a deal.Cons: Sometimes it gets a little tricky when syncing my invoices with QuickBooks and I have to fix some service or item that wasn't setup right, but the ability to have the invoices synced automatically is a great time saver.
Overall: I am a small operation and I do not use every feature of Syncro but I use a lot of them and love the fact that everything I need is in one place. I researched and tested several RMM software apps when I started my business and this one was a perfect fit. I have had many offers from other MSP's to change but I would never consider it now.

" Comprehensive Review of Syncro for the Chemehuevi Indian Tribe" Posted 2024-02-06
Pros: Syncro stands out for its comprehensive feature set, seamlessly integrating a wide range of functionalities crucial for IT management, such as remote monitoring, management, and an efficient ticketing system. Its user-friendly interface is particularly beneficial, ensuring easy adaptability for our team members with varying levels of tech expertise. The reliability of the platform is exemplary, offering consistent performance with minimal downtime, which is crucial for the uninterrupted operation of our tribe's technological infrastructure. Additionally, the excellent customer support provided by Syncro is noteworthy; they offer prompt and tailored solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of our unique needs. These aspects collectively make Syncro an invaluable asset to our IT department, significantly enhancing our operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Cons: While Syncro provides a robust array of features and tools, one area that could see improvement is the customization of reports and dashboards. The current offerings, although comprehensive, sometimes lack the flexibility to be tailored specifically to our unique tribal needs and workflows. This limitation can lead to additional steps in data analysis and reporting, which, although not a deal-breaker, does add a layer of complexity to our IT management tasks. Enhanced customization options would greatly improve our ability to quickly extract the most relevant information and make data-driven decisions more efficiently.
Overall: Syncro serves as a highly effective and comprehensive IT management solution for the Chemehuevi Indian Tribe's IT Department. Its robust range of features, user-friendly interface, and consistent reliability significantly enhance our operational efficiency. While the platform excels in functionality and customer support, it would benefit from improved customization options, particularly for reports and dashboards, to better meet our specific tribal needs. Overall, Syncro is a valuable asset for our IT management, contributing positively to our technological infrastructure and service delivery.

"Syncro MSP Review" Posted 2024-02-06
Pros: Syncro was great because it gave our staff a lot of possibilities to handle support tickets without needing 2 separate platforms.
Cons: It isn't really a "con," but we were promised price savings and we didn't really see that play out. The cost was on par with other MSP providers.
Overall: Overall, Syncro was a great product with a lot of features, and the price was comparable to other options. However, the interface was clunky and not super easy to learn.

"Perfect for the Small MSP" Posted 2023-09-15
Pros: What I like is that it does it all. I use it as a PSA, RMM, Updating and even invoicing! It is easy to add your own scripts to make it perfect for you.
Cons: I have not found any cons when using this product!
Overall: I came from Connectwise and never looked back. The cost savings enabled us, a small MSP to really save because we pay per user instead of per client. I am in it all day.

"Great RMM and PSA for MSP's" Posted 2023-07-24
Pros: It's one of the few MSP solutions that charge by the number of technicians, not by the number of endpoints.
Cons: The overall GUI can get some face-lifting.
you will need to use the script system in order to automate uninstall a program from an endpoint.Overall: The software can create a ticket from an email or text and, through script automation, can resolve the issue and close the ticket without tech even doing anything.

"Syncro is Easy to Use and Very Customizable" Posted 2023-07-21
Pros: Comes in at a good price, per MSP tech, and has easy to use tools, plenty of integration with partner integration, automation (via scripting) capabilities, remote access via Splashtop, and is very customizable with ticketing, billing, customers, inventory, patching, alerts, etc. Support has been very good.
Cons: So, sometimes the reason it's so good, can also be a negative. Some things aren't built out or streamlined that you wish they were.
Overall: Overall, I see no reason to move to another RMM tool as it does everything I want for our customers.

"I tried the rest and settled on the best" Posted 2023-07-21
Pros: SyncroMSP has an all-in-one solution that helps me to get my job done quickly and easily.
Their tech support is very responsive and answers all of my questions quickly compared to much larger companies that want money more than helping you.Cons: I found no faults with SyncroMSP. It does everything I need.
Overall: Overall, if you are a small MSP, it is the wise choice for your business in every way. I tried using ConnectWise and it was too big and pricey.

"Bow Ridge IT review" Posted 2023-07-20
Pros: I primarily use Syncro for remote control functionality, but I've started dabbling in some scripting, which I've enjoyed too. The customer section and asset sections are a big help too.
Cons: Windows update seems to be a bit of a struggle yet. Feature upgrades, and MS Office patching doesn't seem to work well either.
Overall: I love using Syncro for basic RMM for my customers. I'm a small break/fix shop trying to move to MSP space, and synchro has been a huge help. I'm not convinced all of their services are completely ready for "enterprise", but they certainly work well for me in most instances.

"Great product, great support." Posted 2023-04-24
Pros: Easy to use and easy to setup. Great support team with quick responses when needed. Third Party Updates also integrate with Chocolatey making this a really powerful third party patching.
Cons: For our use, we didn't find the helpdesk side of it great, however the RMM was exactly what we needed and integrates with our chosen PSA/Helpdesk solution.
The only real con is that when reinstalling Syncro or reimaging a machine, a new machine is created on Syncro rather than overwriting the existing device.Overall: Really happy with Syncro and the issues above are only minor with ways to work around that don't actually impede day to day use of the product.

"Great product for SME, good price compared to competitors" Posted 2023-04-24
Pros: The scripting and automated tasks are really useful for small teams as you can add value to your clients without it taking up technician's time. For example whenever a machine is detected to have less then 10% hard drive space Syncro runs our "clear temp files" script and logs a ticket with time added. This means none of our clients will ever run out of space and we're still tracking the time worked on it.
The UI is fairly intuitive and they releasing QoL on a frequent schedule. The community forums are pretty active too with Syncro staff taking part in the discussions.Cons: We're a small office of 9 people and on occasion will be get an error that our IP address has sent too many requests in a short period of time which means we have to wait 5-8 seconds before continuing, our boss has got himself his own IP address to get around this!
Not neccesarly a criticism but Syncro is a GREAT product for new/small MSPs but you may outgrow it as your business expands, that being said if they keep up with their developments and improvements this could change.Overall: Really good for SME MSPs and will more development will be a fantastic product. The regular updates and QoL features are very good.

"Easy to Use!" Posted 2023-04-21
Pros: Easy to use. User Friendly. Perfect for small business. Love the reporting and billing aspect. Syncro's RMM helps a lot with what we do on a day-to day basis and allows us to spend more times on the things that matter.
Cons: Would love to see some more ticket customization like not including certain tickets in the "response time" field on the dashboard.
Overall: I have loved Syncro since I started working on it. The software flows very smooth and is very easy for a new user to learn. Being able to see everything from the dashboard is a big advantage for us and we use the reporting monthly to keep track of employees.

Cons: Not easy to cancel or refund an invoice if needed.

"Absolutely LOVE Syncro!" Posted 2023-04-20
Pros: Where do I begin? Not only is Syncro one of the most comprehensive, and straightforward RMM/PSA's out there, it is entirely effective and easy to use! Syncro literally has an "answer" to any and all needed tools, remote access, antivirus, updates deployment, scripting, alerts and remediation. I can setup "system checks" that ping cameras (or hit embedded web server) on a schedule. I chat with clients, schedule tickets, schedule scripts, schedule recurring invoicing, dispatch technicians, and securely store healthy amounts of notes and information on hundreds of clients with thousands of endpoints. Syncro interfaces with my Quickbooks/Intuit stuff and allows for easy payment management. I am 100% "for" Syncro and I think every MSP would benefit from using this RMM.
Cons: Literally none. Syncro is the best RMM I have ever used. And this is coming from someone having been an owner and IT technician since 2009. I have used Solar Winds, LabTech, Atera, Pulseway, etc etc and I will never move from Syncro. I have
Overall: I am the lead technician at an MSP providing I.T. support business-to-business here in Southern Utah. Overall, I am extremely happy and satisfied with Syncro. They quickly respond to tickets and support inquiries, and they answer the phones when needed. I can never see myself moving from using Syncro.

"Best for Smaller MSPs" Posted 2023-04-19
Pros: Fixed price model is amazing, we know our costs upfront. They have increased development lately and the feature set is very robust.
Cons: Patching could use some work and they are slow to respond to support cases - though they did recently revamp the system. Development is focused on some key areas, but there are a lot of user voice items that are not addressed.
Overall: Overall it is a tremendous value for your money if you are a small team. I would recommend this for 1-3 tech shops with under 500 assets. Beyond that you probably need one of the bigger RMM/PSA solutions and spend that arm and leg.

"Love It" Posted 2023-04-19
Pros: Can’t be the price! Lots of cool features to sync data around to QBO and other services. Lots of great integrations. Easy to use. Easy to setup.
Cons: Have to script a lot of things that other RMM’s have built in but i know they do have a lot of scripts built in.
Overall: Love it especially from the RMM i was on, it was mega expensive and couldn’t afford it and Syncro is so affordable for the small IT company. Can’t say enough good things about it.

"Nearly perfect for my needs. Great team, always improving offering" Edited 2023-04-19
Pros: Syncro has helped me to scale my impact with my users in a way that has helped me to expand my business in a large way. The RMM functionality is really great for helping me to find issues and fix things quickly. The desktop agent and ticketing system is super helpful for helping clients feel "heard" and have a quick way to get to a resolution on their end. Reporting has gotten a lot better and the deployment process is pretty smooth. Having this bundled into a single pane of glass and coupled with remote access applications is really fantastic.
Cons: As helpful as the team wants to be (and this is commonly shown via the AMA calls and office hours) they seem pretty slow to act. The tool seems to be built well for a MVP solution. There are ongoing issues that I have seen for months now without a fix. Sometimes the team sends new features without thorough QA and ends up breaking key functionality. The documentation hasn't been maintained as things were rolled out, so the internal knowledge base and training files are incorrect now. The invoicing is unreliable at times and the reporting, while getting better, is not perfectly trustworthy yet.
Overall: Overall, I'm glad I found Syncro when I did. I left one of their competitors primarily because it was overseas and the training times didn't work. I wanted a local team without language barriers that could help me scale my workload up. I have been happy overall and look forward with hope for continued improvements.

"Ease of use" Posted 2023-04-19
Pros: The ease of use Syncro has is brilliant. I've used other RMM/PSA tools in the past, but Syncro have made it easy & the level of integrations is brilliant!
Cons: The UI is as "pretty" as other tools, BUT its got the features, so who cares about looks!
Overall: Compared to other tools, I feel like I use Syncro and its features 100 times more than the other tools. I'm on the dashboard multiple times a day, I'm also tweaking scripts etc to do more to free up my time
