Thomas Ernest Bennett "Tibby" Clarke (7. 6. 1907. – 11. 2. 1989.) bio je engleski filmski scenarist i romanopisac. Najpoznatiji je po suradni na komedijama Ealing Studios. Dobio je Oscar za najbolji izvorni scenarij za film The Lavender Hill Mob 1952.
