S-Adenozil-L-homocistein (SAH) je aminokiselinski derivat koji se koristi u nekoliko metaboličkih puteva u većini organizama. On je intermedijer u sintezi cisteina i adenozina.
SAH se formira demetilacijom S-adenozil-L-metionina (SAM).[5][6]
