Graduate Student Insurance Enrollment
The enrollment button below is for graduate and professional students participating in university-related programs or activities abroad.
If you are a graduate or professional student participating in pre-approved semester-length, year-long, or faculty-led abroad program you will be asked to enroll in the international insurance by filling out a program application on MY STUDY ABROAD (a link will be sent to you).
If you are a graduate student traveling for research, a conference, or other University-related travel then you are required to enroll yourself in the international insurance. If you are a Graduate Assistant or a Teacher's Assistant, then you must enroll as a graduate student (not a staff). If you are traveling on behalf of your assistantship or on similar University-related travel, then your unit can pay for your international insurance fee with an internal account number, called a CFOP. See the required information below for further explanation. All student fees, including for graduate students, can be found on the Enrollment and Fees page.
About the Application
The insurance application cannot be saved. Registrants should have all information in advance. Refer to the list below for the information you will be asked to supply when enrolling.
After you Enroll
Travelers will receive immediate confirmation of their enrollment via email from the university. The university will process the enrollment and travelers will receive an email from "[email protected]" with necessary information within five business days.
