He also kept me updated on the status of the NM tax credit program, and got me all the paperwork quickly to ensure I didn”t miss out on that opportunity. Positive solar made the whole process very easy. Taylor Shelby explained everything very clearly before the installation, the crew was able to answer any questions I had and even spent time talking with neighbors who walked over to see what was going on. Taylor also helped me with the paper work that was needed for the federal and state tax credits. I give Taylor and his team lots of gold stars.

They called to let me know when they were arriving/leaving, kept me abreast of each phase of the project, gave a thorough explanation of how the system works, and provided me with all of the documents needed to submit for my tax returns. Absolutely the best! Positive Energy Solar rocks. The staff is knowledgeable and professional as well as being friendly and enthusiastic about their product. They show up when they say they will show up and they always get right back to you if you have a question. They organize and explain everything to you so that getting your tax credit is straightforward. They also handle all the details with the electric company – everything went seamlessly and we just got our first check from the electric company, woo hoo! We highly recommend Positive Energy.
