my app just started glitching last night. it won't open and after trying a few times, i get a message that there's a bug and the developers need to fix it, i have to update the app, and then it should be good to use. super freakin annoying! ive uninstalled it 3 times, reinstalled it, and it works for about an hr and then starts glitching again. please fix!!

Had Instagram for years until a year ago. I cannot access my account at all, with changing my passwords and tried the 'log in without password' option, waited a year and still the same. Now it won't let me try the other options due not being the same phone. The support articles had nothing of my situation. It's VERY uncomfortable with not having access to my account, especially it being public and having pictures of myself. It's diffirent when I'm willing to have it up vs being locked out.

I have been trying for days to get into my account and nothing. Tried every step I can think of. Even thought maybe getting in through Facebook would work but nope. My old phone number is connected to my account so I tried face recognition but wow the loading screen just kept loading. Maybe, my wifi is down or slow? Nope! Maybe my Data's not connecting? It's at 5g, so yes. I closed the app after 5min of a black loading screen and tried again to find an error pop-up asking me to try later. What?!
