My app stopped opening. Uninstall, cache and data clear, force stops don't help it. 3 days ago I got it to open, but it continually froze up and I had to start it just to keep working. There's no way to get ahold of anyone unless you open the app, so if their product doesn't work you are dead in the water. There's an email address on the back of the shopper Mastercard, and I tried emailing that and just got an auto response that the email isn't monitored... Sigh.

I like shopping and I enjoy doing it for customers. The only thing I hate is the app is annoying. It keeps getting worse and worse every time I shop. First when you shop you have to scan every single intem you put in the cart. The issue is when you replace anything even if its less expensive it causes issues when you check out due the card getting declined. So you have to constantly be careful to get a exact same item. Thats been a big issue for me.

Buggy and unreliable. Used to work really great, but recently, for no reason at all, i have been forced logged out, and accepted batches will disappear when i log back in, causing my cancelation rate to increase. Contacted support many times, and either I've been logged out during the conversation or been told nothing is wrong that they can notice. I'm not sure what the problem is, but the app has been nothing but problems for a while now
