There is a $5 "monthly maintenance fee" for whatever reason and it doesn't matter if you are even using your account! Password requirements are weak and there is no 2FA security. Card does not have NFC (Tap to pay). I like that they give you a virtual card right away while you wait for your debit card in the mail but that is the only good thing I can say. Cash deposit fees are high along with ATM fees. All in all this is a 1 star bank and there are a lot of better options out there, avoid!!

I love GO2bank! 😊 The Mobile app is wonderful and works great, The only problem I have is the customer service is lacking unfortunately and sadly, AND it's hard to transfer money out of the account as well which I never understood. That's the reason for the four stars, this bank is literally almost perfectly! Once those two things are fixed and better, this bank will literally be PERFECT! Other than those issues, this bank is amazing and I've been a customer for years!

App has a bug in it. It will not let me upload images to deposit a check! Horrible app!! And horrible banking. It took 10 business days to get a $19 credit back in my account from Lyft that refunded me in minutes of not finding a ride for me. I had this account for YEARS and their banking structure has gotten worse and WORSE over time. Will NOT be using their services again. Also direct deposits are not early with this service although they still claim to be. Switched my direct deposit too.
