I have very few complaints about the app. It is responsive and probably the most user friendly compared to uber or justeat. I just hate when I have to call up the team as it can be long while you're out there trying to earn money. Edit: A customer cancelled their order when I got to their address nearly 10miles away. Rider support are only giving me £2 for travelling all that way. Disgraceful and insulting to riders

Ever since the app requires a 2 digit code from the customers, it's been problematic for the riders. Sometimes the customers are not around or they didn't let the receivers of the orders in the know of the 2 digit code. Why not just insert a camera function in the message function of the app so that riders can provide the proof of deliveries to the customers direct?

When I want to zoom in the map, so I can see where the pin is and direction to it, after second or two the map zoomes out again on its own, so I need to do it again, and again. I can pull over once to zoom the map but definitely not every few seconds... additional clicks while riding is making the app dangerous.
