There is no way to add bus rides that were bought on other platforms (Omio) so that we can track the bus and see when it will arrive if it's running late, and it is hard to change the language of the app. I downloaded it in Portugal and it's hard to use it in Portuguese. There should be options within the app to change it.

I have used Balabala's ride-sharing service multiple times, and my overall experience has been excellent. The service is reliable, and the rides are comfortable. I used to love this app but after the recent update. I was not able to see the closest distance mark which we used to see at right hand side of the pickup/ drop location in green color. It was the most handy and useful feature of bla bla. I would request bla bla to bring that feature back.
