Fast, easy to navigate, I see on the front page what is most important to me. I can view and make transactions lightening fast, once 30 service. It's been remarkably stable. Everything's you want a financial app to be. Is like a return of downloadable csv of transactions. I also don't understand why Pay Full Balance always leaves a balance. Otherwise a very clean interface and a happy user.

Citi will sometimes just randomly decide that the saved user id and password are "not in their records." If you go and reset the password, you're still "not in their records." If you open the browser on your phone and try to login, you guessed it, you're still not in their records. This has happened before where I had to call and troubleshoot this issue and it's happening again now. I don't often feel annoyed enough to leave negative reviews, but this is infuriating. Just fix it already.

This app constantly freezes. When I try to log in, the blue circle keeps spinning, and I keep getting messages saying they're having technical issues and to try again later. It used to be a good app, but since early this year it has not been reliable to do any transactions. And yes, I restarted my phone and made sure I didn't need an update for my phone or the app. I really hope they can fix the issue soon. If the issue gets resolved. I will gladly change the rating.
