ADP Mobile Solutions provides you with an easy and convenient way to access payroll, time & attendance, benefits, and other vital HR information for you and your team.

- All the features listed below may not be available to you. If you have question, review the FAQs in the Settings menu in the app.

- This app is available to the employees and managers of companies that use the following ADP products: Workforce Now, Vantage, Portal Self Service, Run, TotalSource, ALINE Card by ADP, Spending Account, and select products outside the US (ask your employer).

Key Employee Features:

Security:
• All application requests and transactions are routed through ADP's secure servers
• All network traffic between the mobile device and the server is encrypted
• All employee information cached on the mobile device is encrypted
• Username and password protected
• Login sessions time out from inactivity
• Accounts locked out with excessive login failures
• Fast and easy login with Biometric Authentication
• Recover or reset forgotten user IDs and passwords

Supported Operating Systems

The app is bugged, after you've put in all your information to log in (which isn't even done on the app, it makes you do it on your phone's web app), it just kicks you back to the page asking if you'd like to sign in again. Uninstalling and reloading worked once, but then the bug just started happening again. maybe some issue where the app and website don't communicate properly? In any case, it's bad.

Not happy with the new version. When I try to use my user name and password to get to my schedule and paystatment, it goes to a pick option page and when I hit it. It goes to a pass code and says it's text me one and it never does and I can't get it to go off that page. I miss the old version. I had no problems with it. This new one I have to hit reset account every time to get into it. Ya'll really need to get it fixed

I wanted to see my pay stub, but I can't even sign in. I went through the "get started" process and found my employer it doesn't go anywhere after that. When I close the app to reopen it, it just stays on the login page with "sign in with user ID and password" and "enable fingerprint" buttons that don't respond. All I can do is look at the privacy statements or reset my account. Tl;dr the app just doesn't work.

Please try clearing your phones cache, delete and reload the app and make sure you are running the latest version of your phones OS. If that doesn’t resolve the issue please contact your company administrator usually the payroll/hr contact at your company and they can reach out to their ADP Tech team to troubleshoot. ^DS
