以前、近所の肉屋のおじさんに聞いた話。自分的にはかなり衝撃的な内容だった。
「あれだ、餃子とかで肉汁がジュワ―っと出てくるやつ、あるだろ。ジュワ－、っと。あれな、肉汁じゃないんだよ。というかな、あんなに肉汁出てくるはずがないんだよ。」
「え？じゃあ、あれは一体何なのですか？」
「あれはな、具にラードを練り込んでるんだよ。今度試してみ？ラード欲しかったらいつでも言ってくれ。」
