E.g.f. A(x) satisfies:

(2) A(x) = x/(1 - log(1+A(x))).
(3) A(x) = x + Sum_{n>=1} d^(n-1)/dx^(n-1) x^n * log(1+x)^n / n!.
(4) A(x) = x*exp( Sum_{n>=1} d^(n-1)/dx^(n-1) x^(n-1) * log(1+x)^n / n! ).
