Today, at the E3 conference, Microsoft announced that both Facebook Connect and Sign-In With Twitter would be integrated with Xbox Live, starting this fall.
In other words, games on the Xbox 360 platform could soon support features like playing versus your friends on various social networks, and then feed game play data back into the respective website. Early screenshots, however, look a bit more basic, with Gizmodo explaining that you'll be able to send "in-game screenshots to your Facebook profile in real-time" as an example of the functionality.

Details are still coming out about the features (we’re following the live blog here), but this is a very big development for both gamers and social networking users alike.
