Quit Tobacco Program
Are you ready to quit smoking or vaping? Quitting smoking is not easy and for most people, it takes time. You do not have to quit smoking in one day. Start with day one. Talking with a tobacco treatment specialist may provide the necessary support and accountability to see this challenge through. Southcentral Foundation’s Quit Tobacco Program is here to help.
Nilavena Regional Health Center
In partnership with six Iliamna Lake Villages, Southcentral Foundation offers health care services to communities living in those villages and the community of Port Alsworth. Nilavena Regional Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center located in Iliamna, offers high-quality services for everyone in the community, at any stage of life.
Family Health Resources
Southcentral Foundation’s Family Health Resources assists customer-owners with their program eligibility for third-party insurance programs such as Medicaid, Medicare, Tribally-Sponsored Health Insurance Program, veterans benefits, and SNAP. This includes support during Medicaid renewals.
If you currently receive Medicaid, prepare for your renewal by ensuring your mailing address, phone number, and email address are up to date with the Division of Public Assistance so you receive important updates.
Call Southcentral Foundation Family Health Resources at 907-729-4470 or email [email protected] for further assistance.
