Google executive Wael Ghonim, who got released on Monday after 12 days in detention and blidfolding, stood in front of the protesters in Tahrir Square on Tuesday. After the speech he gave a hug to the mother of Khaled Said (Saeed), a young man tortured to death by police last June (photo right below). Ghonim was the one who started the Facebook page "We are all Khalid Saeed" that inspired many to go out and protest.
