Using the 6" tail at end of tie, thread through big eye needle, go through 1 bead, knot the end and trim. Repeat for all ends of ties. Note: A drop of fabric glue at the end of each knot will keep it secure. Finishing With RS facing, at each end of top band, fold the 4 CO sts in half to the wrong side, making a loop for the ties to go through. Using tapestry needle and Party, sew to WS. Slide one end of the tie a little less than halfway through the loop; make an overhand knot to secure the tie. Repeat for other tie. Weave in ends on WS. ©Crystal Palace Yarns and used with their permission. See Abbreviations and the Glossary for help. |
