Mount Okubi (（大首山, Ookubi Yama）) is the central Shinyuuchi of the Tohaki region. It provides balance to the other sacred grounds in the region, though this balance was threatened by the Shinyuuchi Hunters, who damaged the land and drove the Cyclops Deity into a murderous frenzy.[1]

The Cyclops Deity apparently lost its head (literally) when its land was attacked, and began to rampage through the area. Though an armed force of ability users attempted to stop the god, it continues to run wild through the region.
