Reports of Jang Song Thaek’s death came late last week, which means that the regime has wasted precious little time in purging Jang Song Thaek, Kim’s Uncle, from matters of public record—removing any mention of him from the state-run KCNA website being just one example. Jang pretended to uphold the party and leader but was engrossed in such factional acts as dreaming different dreams and involving himself in double-dealing behind the scene.
Perhaps Jang was gunning for the country to invest in a Photoshop tutorial. [Time, The Telegraph]
