I had a look at the various BMS APPs in the Android app store.

I noticed that other battery brands use almost identical APPs.
I have tried many APPs with my Supervolt battery.
I was often unable to establish a connection with my battery.
It seems to me that the Bluetooth scan function filters the battery names in the Bluetooth and can only use the names of its own brand.
There are BMS firmware updates from Supervolt.
In the zip file with the FW is a special Android APP APK from the company E&J Batteries.
This company manufactures the batteries for various brands with corresponding branding. I can use this special APP to communicate with my Supervolt.
This does not work with the original E&J APP.
The Batmon-HA does not recognize these filters. Here, the protocols to be used are selected via the battery type in the configuration.
Batmon finds the battery using the MAC address and communicates with the battery without a filter.

Is it possible to refer to the other brands in the Batmon-HA description to make users of these batteries aware of Batmon-HA? After a successful test by the user, the confirmation can be entered in the Batmon-HA documentation.
