[Bug Report] Cannot add Node manually #497

Current Behavior

I tried to add different config manually but when ever submit its not showing in node and only way is to add through link.
I tried it on fresh OS and fresh installed of DAED

Expected Behavior

Should be able to add proxy config (VLESS,VMESS,etc) manually

Steps to Reproduce

No response

Environment

  • Daed version: 0.8.0
  • OS (e.g cat /etc/os-release): Ubuntu 22.04
  • Kernel (e.g. uname -a): 5.15.0-122-generic
  • Others: NA

Daed version: 0.8.0 ，增加vless协议 无法增加节点。
