Description

The spell used by the NPC does not work because the necessary server-side c++ script for the spell dummy effect is missing.

Expected behaviour

The NPC only has 3 skills in SmartAI and according to wowhead more skills, so I assume that this spell random selects one of the other spells at random

Steps to reproduce the problem

Go into the game and do a .cast 46292 on any enemy NPC and you only see the virtual effect, but neither does the spell do damage or anything else
