For the Rooms Level field, the API returns a numeric value - 1, 2, -1 which correspond to Main, Upper, Basement

The -1 looks more like an error than a value until you've experienced it a bit and realize it means basement.

It looks like the plugin already handles positive values.

Could we add one to handle Basements as -1 = Basement?
