Sometimes drawing immediately after you have use the muse screws your dmg output so an option to add the motifs right before the muse is up would save time and also the problem with using motifs right after you use them makes you always have them up so there is no point in drawing when out of combat or when there are no targets to attack, something like how simple modes work

If you are using simple picto, don't. Its is simply written as a priority system and isn't optimized on live yet. Advanced will hold off using motifs until prepping for burst or getting close to the cooldown timer of the muse.
Simple has been changed to match advanced in that regard, and has been merged. It is unknown, however, when that actual update will happen.
