I bought livechart 4 x LiveCharts.Geared.Wpf version 1, single

I want to have a license for each of the four individuals, not the team.
But it didn't work out the way I wanted it to. so i Sent mail to [email protected]
But i send the mail to multiple IDs, it won't be sent.

I thought that if I buy four individual versions, I could deliver them to each of the four individuals through the Transfer License.
But there was no difference from the team version. In order to get a personal license, the team had to be invited, and it is only possible as a whole, not individual , to transfer.

Please tell me how to solve it
