Apparently the library versions in DLTK v0.3 are very old and do not work with newer Xmipp compilations. I've noticed this in deepRes but it might apply also to other kinds of xmipp programs depending on dltk 0.3

Example (obtained in Ubuntu 24.04 and 22.04)

ImportError: /home/miceta/software/miniforge3/envs/xmipp_DLTK_v0.3/lib/python3.7/site-packages/tensorflow_core/python/../../../../libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.30' not found (required by /home/miceta/software/scipion/software/em/xmipp/lib/libXmipp.so)

This error looks like this: I2PC/xmippCore#211 currently on devel. Let's check it out first

Add libstdc++ as package in DLTK.0.3
