[Bug]: Right clicking buffs from outside sources does not remove the buff #1181

What are you trying to do?

Remove buffs not applied by myself using right click

What is the expected behavior?

Buff gets removed

What actually happened?

Buff does not get removed. Buffs applied by self work as normal
