What's the issue?

I've had this problem before, but a new UI plugin has become available that has caused a terrible conflict.
I don't know how to describe it succinctly, so I'm going to point at a bunch of images and hope you understand.

In this example, if I press "Installed Plugins", despite this window being on top, DelvUI intercepts the click and I end up selecting myself through the Party Frame.

The new UI plugin is Umbra XIV by Una (an 'Explorer'-type titlebar, et al), and in the example below, everything in the orange box is unclickable.

Is there an option to make DelvUI chill a bit and only process clicks when it is the thing on top?
