What are you trying to do?

I always have to activate the hotbars manually in crystaline conflict

What is the expected behavior?

It should show up automatically

What actually happened?

I ticked "hide outside of combat", "Always show when in duty", "always show when weapon is drawn", "always show while in PVP". But yet they only show if i accept the CC invite with my weapons drawn and once inside weapon sheathing doesnt change anything
